Little Guppies Swimming is a private swim school in the North Bay, CA. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.

When you contact us about lessons or sign up, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your child's name and approximate age
- Any details you share in your message
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use this site. It collects usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. No lesson, client, scheduling, or payment information is sent to Google Analytics.
Google account access
Our internal scheduling system connects to Google to manage swim lessons. It accesses:
- Google Calendar: We import swim lesson appointments into our scheduling system. Calendar data is used only to track and manage lessons.
- Gmail: We verify payment confirmations, signed waivers, and client communications. This access is limited to records related to swim lesson operations.
This data is used solely to run Little Guppies Swimming. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for any purpose outside of managing swim lessons and payments. Our use of Google user data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use your information
We use your contact information to schedule and communicate about swim lessons. We do not sell personal information. We do not share client data with third parties outside the service providers needed to operate the business: Google Analytics for site traffic measurement only, and Venmo for payment processing.
How we store it
Contact and lesson information is stored in our internal scheduling system. We keep it for as long as you are an active or prospective student, or as required for recordkeeping.
