These terms apply to swim lessons provided by Little Guppies Swimming, a private swim school in the North Bay, CA. By enrolling in lessons, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer private one-on-one swim instruction for children ages four and up, conducted in 30-minute sessions. Lesson times, locations, and availability are confirmed directly with your instructor.

Scheduling and cancellations

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Here is what to expect:

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a makeup session.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a makeup.
• If we cancel a lesson due to weather, illness, or other circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms are confirmed at enrollment. If we cancel a session and it cannot be rescheduled, you will not be charged for it. Refunds for unused prepaid sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Health and safety

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is healthy and able to participate. Please do not bring a child to a lesson if they are unwell. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when not in the water with their instructor.

Limitation of liability

Little Guppies Swimming takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants but cannot be held liable for injuries arising from normal participation in swim lessons. Parents are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to enrollment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
